On behalf of Almacantar, Kenningham were instructed to act as the sole leasing agents for Southbank Place 1 and 2. Our brief was to lease the retail space under the new build office and residential buildings.
We were brought in on the leasing following the pandemic, with both buildings fully let after a very busy and highly successful 12 month leasing campaign.
Key transactions include the expansion of Black Penny, who doubled their footprint due to initial strong trading performance. Following this we were able to successfully complete lettings to Caddi Club, Joe & The Juice, and Starbucks.
Following completion of the last lettings, we remain leasing and asset management advisers.
