Initially instructed in 2013 to provide retail development advice, we worked with The Portman Estate on this ground breaking development of 1-4 Marble Arch.
A key location for the Portman estate as a significant gateway into their wider holding.
We were subsequently instructed to source a unique occupier for this flagship 20,000 sq ft building offering quality 21st century retail space over ground , Basement and First Floors.
After a full marketing campaign and a complicated planning process to deliver a change of use in 2024
we secured Moco Museum for their first London gallery – a landmark tenant in an iconic building.
