Since 2020 Kenningham have been instructed as the Southbank Centre’s sole retained leasing agents. Southbank Centre’s 11 Acre site is the largest arts centre in the UK and home to some of the most iconic architecture and arts programming in the country.
We work closely with the team to support them with asset management, leasing, development
consultancy and curating the tenant mix strategy across their commercial estate by bringing a more
active estate approach to their holding to ensure the quality of initial lettings are not diluted over time.
Since working with Southbank Centre, we have secured new leases with La Gamba, Comptoir Libanais and
Flat Iron, and we are currently working on several more flagship restaurant units in the upcoming pipeline.
