The client had been left with a series of vacant retail units along High Holborn following the refurbishment and redevelopment of the upper floors into quality office space.
While retail agents had been appointed, there been little interest generated from the leasing campaign and Kenningham were solely instructed to find occupiers and revitalise the marketing.
Following this success we were instructed to find a tenant for 75b High Holborn, adjacent to Screwfix, to mitigate the void being created by the previous tenant’s lease expiry. We were able to mitigate the void period by leasing to Nonna Bakery for their first flagship store in the UK.
