We were instructed to take over the leasing of the retail units under this major office refurbishment in order to source tenants to support the office lettings.
Despite the retail challenges following the pandemic we launched a comprehensive marketing campaign using some creative design work on the brochure and vinyl.
The marketing campaign produced significant interest and we were required to identify those that would fit underneath a prestigious office. Ultimately we secured two new tenants, Gail’s and Starbucks. The addition of these quality brands help the landlord finish the leasing of the office building above.
