After initial letting we have continued to provide leasing and asset management advice delivering recent lettings to:

Following the administration of the previous occupier, Planet Organic, we were instructed by our client to secure a new tenant. Thanks to the efforts of all parties, we completed a lease with Søstrene Grene in just 10 days, enabling them to open in time for the Christmas trading period.
This marked Søstrene Grene’s first store in London’s West End, joining established retailers across the parade such as Flying Tiger, Waterstones, and Hotel Chocolat.
