ONE OXFORD STREET was one of Kenningham’s first instructions. Initial development advice and eventual leasing.
Units 1 & 2 were the last remaining units to lease where we generated in excess of 10 offers from brands.
Aldo and Kiko both opened in May 2025 and are a fantastic addition to Uniglo, Donutelier and
Starbucks.
