To provide real estate support to the in-house team across their portfolio of circa 40 UK stores as the business repositions its retail portfolio to respond to increasing consumer demand and expanding product offering.
The remit covers three categories – relocation of existing stores to larger accommodation, expansion of back of house to meet the increasing needs of team members, or lease regears of those stores that meet current requirements. Amongst others this has included significant relocations in Trafford, Lakeside, Milton Keynes, Solihull, Reading and Belfast
