Kenningham were instructed to provide leasing and development advice on 70-88 Oxford Street.
Another successful development consultancy and agency instruction which practically competed during
Covid. A very challenging leasing environment courtesy of the Covid shut down but credit to the fantastic
architecture, a pro-active client in GPE and relentless enthusiasm in marketing to ensure a successful result.
We secured an impressive line up of retail and leisure with Pandora, The Fragrance Shop, Reserved and Boom Battle Bar trading from powerful double height flagship spaces.
Of note this development was the first to lease space to one of the new leisure operators with a frontage onto
Oxford Street. Despite the challenging market conditions a total of six offers were received and the matter was
resolved via best bids. A resolution that could not have been anticipated at the outset given market conditions.
