Pig & Hen, a unisex jewellery brand from the Netherland’s, were looking for their first UK store and appointed Kenningham on a sole agency basis. The brand had a clear focus on Seven Dials, but availability at the time was limited.
To overcome this, we engineered an assignment to secure the lease from Vivo Barefoot at 64 Neal Street, while they were in the process of relocating to the opposite side of the street. This strategic move enabled Pig & Hen to open their first flagship store on a prime street, part of Shaftesbury Capital’s portfolio.
