Following the departure of the previous tenant and a long period of void occupation we were asked by the landlord to assist with the leasing of this flagship store in a prime location on Oxford Street opposite John Lewis.
The marketing of the store at 301-307 Oxford Street had become stale and leasing momentum had stalled.
We fully reviewed the vacant store identifying important selling points and clarifying areas and clear heights in order to convince the market that they were missing.
We were delighted to secure JJXX & Jack & Jones for the retailer’s first stand alone store on Oxford Street.
