We have provided continuous letting advice to our client in preparation for the redevelopment of their holding
We were instructed to find occupiers for Covid-related voids that offered a high level of shop fit despite only having a relatively short period of occupational certainty. The client was keen to maintain the integrity and standards of the parade.
Our resulting letting campaign saw Under Armour, Kurt Geiger, Carvela, Steve Madden and Pop Mart fit out and occupy space.
