Following the administration of the previous tenant during Covid, we were set the brief to identify a special use for this unique flagship building on Tottenham Court Road.
London’s alternative use market was in it’s infancy at the time of marketing when we first engaged with Monopoly Lifesize.
We are immensely proud of this letting which was a major statement at the time. The boardgame that everyone has at home lands on the street renowned for ‘home’.
This letting was one of the first we did under the new Class E category. Monopoly was quickly followed by Swingers, Market Halls, Twist Museum and Frameless all of which pushed us to the forefront as leading advisers for this use class.
